i found the bed comfortable. the room decoration impressed me. the room service dining proved amazing, and the waiters showed great respect. i particularly appreciated that they called me when i forgot to remove the dnd sign instead of knocking.

The bathtub drainage was poor. Water accumulated and drained slowly while i showered. it was frustrating.

the gym featured adequate equipment. there were three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section, offering space for relaxation after workouts. the hotel provided complimentary shuttle service.

i especially liked the breakfast, it included many products. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the assistance provided by mohamed salah, zahid, ali, kristine, and lamya, they offered some great recommendations.

The ceiling in the hall had a leak. Water didn't run in the sink but only in the shower.
